Not for people who wish to have a proper meal, and sit on clean chairs and listen to music. However if you look for some real distinct people, or if you feel a little munchie after some units of alcohol around Brick Lane you should give the place a nice shot. There is a BBQ and seats outside, with a cafe and a salad bar in the room inside, beyond which up some stairs is a large, sprawling room with sofas, red lights, a bar and a small dance floor.

Burgers cooked on bbq and people with different hair cuts, or leather suits, or just normal ones consume the burgers with Red Stripe. The place has a nice front garden, so it would be a good place if you come along in sunny days and eat from the BBQ or salad bar inside and relax under the sun. 

Or you can simply come during the night and have a relaxed night out.
